
Martin Rosenow is the President and Founder of Rosenow Taramasco, P.A., where he exclusively practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. With more than two decades of experience in the immigration field, Martin has successfully represented individuals, families, entrepreneurs, multinational companies, and investors in a wide range of immigration matters, including employment- and family-based immigration, investor visas, waivers, removal defense, naturalization, and other complex immigration matters.
Martin began his immigration career in 2005 as a paralegal before becoming a law clerk while attending law school. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, the late Manfred Rosenow, a respected immigration attorney, he has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system through practical, strategic, and client-centered representation.
Beyond his legal practice, Martin is an internationally recognized commentator on U.S. immigration law. He has been featured in numerous national and international television, radio, and print interviews, providing legal analysis on immigration policy and its impact on individuals, families, and businesses. He has also been invited to speak at the University of Miami and other professional and academic forums on emerging issues in immigration law.
Martin also participated in Al Jazeera’s Emmy Award-winning documentary Crackdown: Deported Under Trump, which received national recognition for its coverage of U.S. immigration enforcement. Martin earned his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received numerous academic honors, including the CALI Award for Excellence in the Immigration Clinic, the Dean's Certificate of Achievement in Contracts, and multiple Dean's List recognitions. He also earned a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Miami, where he received the Outstanding Graduate Student in Journalism and Media Management Award. Guiliana is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. Alexa White is a federal litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex immigration litigation in federal courts nationwide. She brings a rare combination of government-side experience and private practice advocacy, having served as a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation, prior to founding Millicent Law Group, LLC in May 2025.
During her tenure at the DOJ, Alexa handled a wide range of immigration litigation matters in federal court, including immigration delays, challenges to agency denials, naturalization denials, passport revocation, habeas corpus cases, and class action litigation. That experience gives her a distinctive perspective on federal immigration proceedings—one that informs every case she takes on as a private practitioner.
Alexa earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. During law school, she served on the California Western Law Review and received the Law Review Scriba Regis Award. Her scholarly article, The Unlikely Underdog: Skilled Immigrants in Tech Face Unique Mandatory Arbitration Challenges, was published in the California Western Law Review. She also served as a volunteer intern with the San Diego Immigration Court and gained civil litigation experience as a law clerk at a full-service litigation firm. Alexa earned her Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2008.
Alexa is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to practice before numerous federal district and circuit courts, allowing her to represent clients in immigration litigation matters across the country. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has presented at the AILA DC 2025 Fall Conference on federal habeas practice and winning strategies in complex immigration matters.
